Since 1960, Florida Parks has developed and operated over 30 manufactured home communities, where over 8,000 people have enjoyed the best housing value available anywhere. Florida Parks presently manages six communities in the central Florida area: The Hamptons in Auburndale, Deerwood in Orlando, The Ridge in Davenport, Palm Key Village in Davenport, Windmill Village in Davenport, and Southport Springs in Zephyrhills. All are conveniently located between exciting Orlando and the vibrant Tampa Bay area.
