Every factory-constructed manufactured home sold in Florida must meet criteria based upon the highest wind safety
standard in the nation, known as ASCE 7-88. This code far exceeds the Standard Building Code requirements for
single-family, site-built homes in Florida.
What schools are nearby?

What are the amenities?

Where can I store my boat?
