Q. Is the home safe frmo high winds?
Every factory-constructed manufactured home sold in Florida must meet criteria based upon the highest wind safety standard in the nation, known as ASCE 7-88. This code far exceeds the Standard Building Code requirements for single-family, site-built homes in Florida.

What schools are nearby?
Orange County students attend Camelot Elementary, Discover Middle School, and Timber Creek High School.

What are the amenities?
If you live at Deerwood, you'll enjoy the two beautiful swimming pools, two playground facilities, and the picnic areas. You can have fun on the basketball court or maybe just relax and visit with a friendly neighbor at the clubhouse.

Where can I store my boat?
There is a secured storage facility for boats and campers, located at the clubhouse. Please check with the park manager in the clubhouse office for details.

What is included in the lease?
Maintenance of all the common areas, the clubhouse, two swimming pools and two recreation areas. Homeowners do not pay real estate taxes or association dues—these are paid by the developer.
